The centerpiece of the neighborhood is the Ashburn Sports Pavilion and the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. The Pavilion features an indoor Olympic sized pool, full gym, racquetball, indoor basketball court and indoor tennis courts.  Ashburn Village's home owners association dues are significantly lower than most nearby communities with similar or even fewer amenities.
