Broadlands is a large planned community offering housing varying from townhomes to luxury single family homes. Broadlands is actually two communities in one. The most recent section, Broadlands South, is newer with homesites still available. Broadlands, the original community, is completely built and established. Both Broadlands and Broadlands South are noted for the developers attention to landscape design, numerous bike trails, nature preservation areas, and toll road access. The neighborhood features ample shopping, restaurants, and multiple outdoor pools. Pros: Commuter convenience and ample amenities. Cons: Broadlands South, even though the association dues include additional services, dues are much higher than Broadlands.
