PROS: Single family homes are situated on ? to ? acre home sites with
well defined space between the homes. Congratulations to the developer
who chose to avoid stuffing as many homes as possible into this
community. CONS: Although the monthly HOA fee is significantly less
than their comparable communities, Spring Lakes does not have a
clubhouse for social events and gatherings that is found in those
communities.
